I am a ball of creativity and a lover of all good vibes. If it's creative, I've probably done it, am doing it, or will do it at some point in my life. I am a "you can do it" cheerleader for all. A little encouragement ain't never hurt nobody.

For as long as I can remember I have shared "everything" I thought was great. A great deal, food, sale, supplement, protocol, service, place, etc. I spend a lot of time answering text messages, DM's, emails, phone calls, and social media comments answering the questions about "what to use" or "where to get it".
I've decided to revamp my website to put all that goodness in one place. Wow... I'm no longer sharing within my small bubble. I'm putting it all here, for all to see. Like here =)
I'm also excited to learn and hear about the things that you think are great. Let's share!
This space was created with the hopes that it would create an amazing village, a community of like-minded beings.
I was a Brand Ambassador in the natural/organic beauty, food, and supplement industry. At every demo, I would have brand owners slide me a card and attempt to poach me. I would explain that my passion is real. It is because I actually use and believe in the product or products.
When something is good for you and you can see or feel it, you aren't a salesperson. You are just giving a passionate and honest testimony!
FUN FACTS ABOUT ME
I love to dance and laugh. You can almost guarantee that I will moonwalk at random, break into every 80's or 90's dance I can remember (especially if the correlating song is playing.), pretend I know all the tap moves from "Singing in the Rain" on a rainy day. Also, no matter where I am (ie: At a cafe having lunch) and Thriller comes on, I will do the moves as if I am in the music video and the director yelled, "Action!"
My favorite colors are green, navy, and charcoal grey. Though I am fond of earth tones and rich jewel tones.
Dating in Los Angeles was so draining and horrible that I got a dog. I couldn't find a good man, so I bought one. I named him Goodman. He loved long walks, days at the park, and Blockbuster nights (he was born in 2006). He was a very GOODman. ❤ RIP
I'd rather spend money on things that will improve my life, health, or well being. I prefer a natural remedy before taking any RX. I'm a fan of finding a protocol, food, herb, or the removal of something (from my life or diet)... to improve my life and health. Health is wealth! Check out My Favorite Things!
