I have been a Bissell customer since 2006 when Goodman Parker Johnson (RIP) came into my life. I loved my fur baby, but I am OCD about cleanliness and I wanted to make sure the floors and carpet remained clean. (This model had a hard floor attachment which was amazing on my kitchen and bathroom floors.) I bought the top-of-the-line Animal Heat Pro model.
