I use the awesome bowls for my overnight oats, chia pudding, granola bowls, grain salads, or guacamole. They are the best for food prepping. The lid seal is the best and is stain-proof.

These bowls can be placed inside the S'well Eats Bowls, however, I use them without. Haven't quite made the jump to purchase an "eats bowl' to house it in, but these bowls I absolutely love. I do hear that the eats bowls offer not only protection of the glass bowls but also assist in keeping the temperature stable for the contents inside of them.
