This Color Statement Lip Pencil lip liner/pencil has been my go-to pencil when I'm rocking an everyday face, or meeting friends for brunch. I have them all over just in case I need color in a snap. I use it as a liner, or I fill my lip in. I'm constantly being asked what lipstick color I'm wearing, and people are shocked that it's a drugstore lip pencil, and a little Aquaphor on top.
